I am experienced in individual, couple, family, pediatric, and group treatment for people dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, pain, addiction, divorce, financial distress, trauma, terminal illness, grief, and relational difficulties. I also provide consultation, teaching, and workshops training on motivation, healthy behavioral changes, spirituality, preventive health, and multicultural diversity for businesses, academic, and religion institution or group.
I utilize health and bio-psychosocial-cultural and spiritual modalities, incorporating CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational, Solution Focus, Psychodynamic, Existential, Humanistic, Imagery, Relational, and Multicultural approaches in my practice.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Group
This group is for adults dealing with wide range of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and chronic pain. The group is both process and skill learning. There are a maximum of 7 participants per group. Group meets every Friday from 5:00 – 6:30pm. Treatment modality is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, three of the evidence based treatment in psychology. This group will help you to find ease and rejuvenation in a stressful world. Skills taught in the group include:
